Say hello to Plugs. Wave goodbye to Does It Offend You, Yeah??
The other day I heard that Does It Offend You, Yeah? had split. Fortunately for us, that was complete rubbish.
What is true though is that their guitarist, Morgan Quaintance, has parted company with the electro rockers to form an AMAZING new band called ‘Plugs’. They really are amazing too. He is quoted as saying that he felt he had nowhere left to go and wasn’t getting enough creative input in D.I.O.Y.Y. so decided to form a band where he could better express his musical abilities. Plugs’ sound is much more mature and melodic than D.I.O.Y.Y, and I dare say they could even be better. We may be witnessing the beginnings of an outstanding band.

The last two singles were fuckin amazing man. Especially That Number from last year, pure wow. A lovely 10″, just how The Veev likes it.

Plugs are a great band, i saw them at the freebutt about 3 years ago.
Neil, you know kates friend, Jenny, who used to work at the mash, she and Morgan were together for about 2 years…. weird huh.
