The best two albums I have heard so far to come out in 2010 come from Bonobo and Four Tet, Simon Green (Bonobo) from Brighton, Kieran Hebden (Four Tet) from Putney, both English and both musical geniuses in music composition and production.

Bonobo’s fourth album ‘Black Sands’ mixes the best in electronic production and live instrumentation and features Andreya Triana, another amazing talent from the UK who provided vocals for the ground-breaking Flying Lotus track – ‘Tea Leaf Dancer.’

Four Tet’s newest album ‘There Is Love In You’ is seriously good, glitchy electronica, in parts house driven beats with magnificent rising climaxes and drops.

I strongly recommend you buy these albums to listen to as your driving, walking with your iPod or sitting on a train as this is an hour of your time well spent. Whatever floats your boat in music these are the perfect albums to listen to this summer. Here are snippets and my favourite tracks on each.
