As London smoulders after a third night of rioting, Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes tell us how it is. Wake Up Everybody.

This here is a wonderful, blissed-out, piano-disco re edit by Psychemagik – Danny and Tom. The story goes like this; in their own words, this was

“…a groove we rocked one sunrise for a bit of fun, Tom dropped the piano solo in one take, the energy was flowing, we were gonna do something with it, add strings, maybe a guest vocal, then we heard Roots & John Legend were using the same sample so we decided to let it be.”

And not only did they let it be, they’re giving us a succulent 320 of it too.
