Ben Westbeech Deep House Mix

Ben WestbeechLord-a-mercy this new mix from Ben Westbeech is a bit fucking brilliant. I literally feel a bit breathless when I think about actually how good it is. Since downloading it yesterday, I think I’m on my fourth play already. Fo’ realz. It opens with a joy of a tune, Candy feat Matt Tolfrey by Lee Curtis, but it’s not until Roman Rauch’s track Dirty Haze that this mix really hits its stride. From then on, it’s just moment after moment of deep house bliss. One of the stand-out bits for me, and I’m slightly ashamed to admit I missed it the first few times round, is Thyladomid & Adriatique feat Feist – Deep In The Three. Feist + deep house = oh my word. If you haven’t got plans for Bank Holiday weekend sorted then definitely consider heading along to Slowpoke at The Nest in Dalston on Sunday 28th August to catch him live. Oh and Slow Hands are playing too so it’ll pretty much be amazing.
